RETNA's "Locked Lines" Solo Exhibition — JD Malat Gallery, London

JD Malat Gallery presented "Locked Lines," a solo exhibition of new monumental canvases anchoring RETNA's distinctive script in stillness. Held at 30 Davies Street during Frieze Week, the show featured works including Ancient Script, Gold Standard Classics, Soldiers of the Woods, Chess Play, Simplicity in Red, Kaleidoscope, Golden Tiger and Return of 'The Retna Gaze'. "Nothing really freezes," the artist noted. "My response is to lock the lines in place: frozen in form, but alive in energy."
