These Terms of Use apply to RETNA.com and MARCCADELuz.com, together referred to as the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

All RETNA artworks, imagery, designs, visual elements, creative works, and other original artistic content displayed on the Website are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual-property rights in RETNA's original artistic works remain with the artist and/or the applicable rights holder. The purchase or ownership of a physical RETNA artwork does not automatically transfer copyright, reproduction, licensing, merchandising, digital, or other intellectual-property rights associated with that artwork.

Images of RETNA artworks appearing on the Website are provided for viewing and informational purposes. Publication of an artwork or image on RETNA.com, MARCCADELuz.com, social media, a gallery website, or any other platform does not place the artwork in the public domain and does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use it.

Unless expressly authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not: copy or reproduce RETNA artwork or imagery; modify or create unauthorized derivative works; distribute or publish artwork images; use artwork for advertising or promotional purposes; place artwork or imagery on merchandise, apparel, accessories, packaging, or products; use artwork in commercial film, television, publishing, or digital media; create or commercialize NFTs or other digital assets incorporating RETNA artwork; use RETNA artwork or protected imagery for unauthorized commercial artificial-intelligence or machine-learning purposes; use RETNA artwork in connection with another brand, product, service, or commercial enterprise; remove copyright, attribution, or rights-management information.

Downloading, screenshotting, photographing, or otherwise obtaining an image does not grant a license to use that image.

RETNA considers selected requests to license artwork imagery for editorial, publishing, film, television, advertising, merchandise, digital media, cultural projects, and commercial collaborations. Licensing requests may be submitted through RETNA.com or MARCCADELuz.com.

Please include: artwork or image requested; proposed use; company, organization, or publication; media and platform; territory; duration; estimated distribution or audience; publication or launch date.

Any license must be expressly authorized in writing. Permission for one particular use does not constitute permission for any other use.

The RETNA name, logos, branding, and associated identifiers may be protected by trademark and other applicable laws. Nothing on the Website grants a right or license to use the RETNA name, branding, or identity in a manner that suggests sponsorship, collaboration, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation without prior written approval.

RETNA.com and MARCCADELuz.com serve as official points of contact for collector inquiries, including inquiries concerning original artworks, available inventory, and commissions. Submitting an inquiry through the Website does not constitute an offer, reservation, or sale of an artwork.

Artwork and commission inquiries are reviewed and, where appropriate, a dedicated sales team member will contact the prospective collector regarding availability, pricing, acquisition procedures, and applicable terms. All artwork availability is subject to confirmation. All commissions are subject to artist approval, availability, and separate commercial terms.

Any acquisition, commission, licensing arrangement, or other commercial transaction may be governed by a separate invoice, purchase agreement, commission agreement, license, or other written agreement. Where separate written terms apply, those terms govern the applicable transaction.

Certificates of Authenticity and other provenance documentation are issued or recognized only in accordance with the applicable procedures established for RETNA artworks. The existence of a signature, photograph, document, online listing, or other material does not by itself constitute authentication by RETNA or the Studio. Submission of an artwork for review does not guarantee authentication.

The Website provides information regarding RETNA, artworks, exhibitions, projects, collaborations, and related activities. Artwork availability, prices, exhibitions, representation, projects, events, and other information may change. Website content should not be interpreted as a binding offer, representation, warranty, or contractual commitment unless expressly incorporated into a separate written agreement.

The Website may contain links to galleries, publications, collaborators, social-media platforms, service providers, and other third-party websites. Those websites are operated independently. Their content, availability, security, and privacy practices are governed by their respective operators and policies.

You may not use the Website in a manner that: violates applicable law; infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems; introduces malicious software or code; interferes with Website operation or security; impersonates RETNA, the artist, Studio personnel, or an authorized representative; falsely suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by RETNA; systematically extracts protected Website content for unauthorized commercial purposes; uses protected artwork or Website content in violation of these Terms.

The Website and its content are provided for informational purposes. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information, RETNA does not guarantee that all Website information will always be complete, current, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These Terms may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in the Website, business practices, or applicable law. The Last Updated date above identifies the most recent version.
