El Mac × RETNA: A Historic Reunion at Wynwood Walls

RETNA and El Mac created their first joint mural in over a decade at the Wynwood Walls Museum during Miami Art Week 2025, alongside new collaborative studio works pairing RETNA's calligraphic script with El Mac's portraiture. On December 2, 2025, the duo appeared together in "ONLY HUMAN," a group exhibition at Goldman Global Arts Gallery inside the Wynwood Walls Museum, alongside Sandra Chevrier, Simon Berger, Hebru Brantley, Shepard Fairey, Martin Whatson, Seth and others. "El Mac and RETNA were central to that moment," said Jessica Goldman Srebnick, founder and curator of GGA Gallery. "Bringing them back together here feels both historic and inevitable."
